Modded controllers don't work on Live anymore. They are detected and you will be suspended. Don't cheat. Just play the games and get better the real way. You ruin online for everyone else when you need to cheat to win.
Milk84 has your answer. The best thing to get would be the Modern Warfare 2 controller for around $45. It has two buttons on the bottom for added 'strategic advantage'.
