Why did my xbox 360 controller stop vibrating?

It ususally vibrates when I play but I just realised it stopped. I checked my settings and it said that the vibration was enabled but it doesn't work. Is there anyway to fix this?Why did my xbox 360 controller stop vibrating?
maybe the little rumble things in the ';arms'; of the controller broke.





maybe you shouldd open it up and see.





or send it back to microsoft...opeing it up would void the warranty.

Have you considered checking the batteries -that usually is the case with the lack of rumble, as it goes into energy saving mode.
