Comfort: Not sure... it depends on the size and shape of your hand... for me, both are the same comfort wise





All around: Dualshock 3 has sixaxis, which is motion sensing technology, but not as advanced as the Wii. The dualshock 3 also seems a bit more responsive than the Xbox 360 controller.

360 sucks and and every 360 owner is to proud to admit it.ps3 is by far the superior system. 360 is no were near advanced as the ps3. so the ps3 controller is wayyyyyy better than the garbage 360 so suck it 360 owners!!!
I prefer the Xbox 360 controller because it's more ergonomic and the buttons just seem easier to reach. The DualShock 3 just seems kind of small to me, though it's still pretty comfortable to hold.
i think the 360 controller is wayyyy more comfortable the only thing different is the 6 axis on the dualshockbut i would go with the 360
